    What Is Dihexa?

    Dihexa (also known as PNB 0408) is an angiotensin IV derived oligopeptide that binds hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and potentiates downstream HGF c Met signaling. In research contexts, it is discussed primarily for synaptogenesis and cognitive function endpoints in animal models of impairment, with an emphasis on its apparent brain penetration and oral activity.
