Dosing

Administer intramuscularly into the muscle group being trained, split bilaterally. Best taken about an hour before training alongside carbs. Can also be used before bed to support recovery and sleep quality via the glycine and lysine content. Stacks well with carnitine or the MIC blend for a stronger pump and added metabolic benefit.
Warning: Do not exceed 1.25 ml per side lightly. Going above 1 ml can produce extremely intense and painful pumps, particularly in smaller muscle groups.
